Furniture Removal Insurance
What cover do you get?
It is the responsibility of the customer to seek insurance coverage during furniture removal.
We carry liability insurance of $20 million to cover us from personal injury to the public or a fixed structure.
The insurance company /agency will not insure a company or business that carries on business as furniture removals, but would rather cover an individual client. This insurance can be included in your normal house contents insurance policy.
Please Note: -
You must seek a specific insurance cover (if not already included in your House Contents Insurance policy) if you wish to have your belongings insured during a removal. (Relocation)
Most insurance companies / agencies offer this type of cover.

Quotes - Acceptance - Payment
Free quotes are given on requests for all removals.
All quotes are valid for 14 days from date of quote, or to a longer period negotiated in writing between the parties..
Acceptance of our quote is considered part of a legal contract between our company & you the client.
A booking fee of 10% of the quoted price for the removal may be required at the time of confirming the booking. The above payment will be deducted from the quoted price. Booking fee(s) are NOT refundable if you should later decide to cancel the booking. (Clients with an approved account will be sent an account for this fee)
Payment of the balance of the quoted price to be paid in full at the completion of the delivery. (Clients with an approved account will be sent an invoice for the balance of the quoted price)
Account clients will receive our invoice for the services rendered within 7 days of the completed delivery. Terms of payment shown on invoice.
Overdue accounts subject to surcharges & legal fees.
